All content, images, text, graphics, and trademarks on this website are the property of Cielsko unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
All spices are agricultural products and naturally vary in: – Colour – Aroma – Size – Pungency (SHU) – Moisture content – Seasonality
While we strive for accuracy, product specifications may vary slightly based on harvest conditions.
Products will be packed as per mutual agreement. Common options include: – 25 kg / 50 kg PP bags – Jute bags – HDPE / laminated bags – Vacuum packs (if required)
Customization is available upon request.
Buyers may request third-party inspection from the following agencies: – SGS – Cotecna – Bureau Veritas – Any buyer-nominated agency
Inspection costs, unless specified otherwise, shall be borne by the buyer.
All international shipments follow mutually agreed Incoterms 2020, such as: – FOB (Free On Board) – CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) – CFR (Cost & Freight) – EXW (Ex Works)
Risk transfer, freight responsibility, and insurance obligations depend on the selected Incoterm.
All prices are subject to: – Market availability – Raw material price fluctuations – Currency exchange rates
Export duties, customs fees, and taxes (if applicable) will be charged as per regulations.
Accepted payment modes include: – TT (Wire Transfer) – LC (Letter of Credit) – DP/DA terms (subject to approval)
Orders are processed only upon confirmation of agreed payment terms. Overdue payments may incur holding charges.
We are not responsible for delays caused by: – Port congestion – Container shortages – Vessel delays / shipping line issues – Customs clearance delays – Strikes, lockdowns, or regulatory disruption
Claims related to quality, shortage, or damage must be submitted within 2 days of receiving goods.
The buyer must provide: – Photographs – Third-party inspection reports (if applicable) – Weight or quantity discrepancy reports
Cielsko will review all claims and may offer compensation, replacement, or partial refund depending on evaluation.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production, packing, or shipment arrangements have begun, unless agreed in writing by both parties.
Cielsko is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to: – Delayed shipments – Profit loss – Business interruption – Third-party logistics errors
Cielsko is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond control, such as: – Natural disasters – Political instability – War or terrorism – Shipping disruptions – Government restrictions
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within the jurisdiction of Cielsko’s registered office.
